Qualifications of Applicants

1. All foreign nationals, including both parents, who have graduated (or will graduate) from high school in Korea or abroad.

2. Foreigners who have completed all the educations in abroad corresponding to Korean elementary, junior high, and senior high schools.(In case of only a applicant a foreigner).

*If you hold dual citizenship, including Korean citizenship, you are not eligible to apply. 
*If you or your parents have renounced (lost) Korean nationality, you must attach a document to prove. 
*If the applicant is a legal family member of one of the parents, only the nationality of the relevant father or mother will be reflected in the eligibility requirements. 
*Homeschooling is not available for our service. 

Language Proficiency Qualifications

Freshman

1. TOPIK,TOPIK iBT level 3 or above

2. completed (or expected) level 3 or higher at the Korean Language and Culture Program (KLCP) of the University of Seoul

3. completed (or expected) KLCP level 4 or higher at the certified university of the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS)

4. completed the middle and high-level Korean language understanding curriculum for overseas Koreans of NIIED 

Transfer

1. TOPIK,TOPIK iBT level 4 or above

2. Completion (or expected completion) of Level 4 or higher in the Korean Language and Culture Program (KLCP) at the University of Seoul

3. Completed (or expected to complete) KLCP Level 5 or higher at a university certified by the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS).

4. Completed (or expected to complete) KLCP Level 5 or higher at a university certified by the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS).
