Qualifications of Applicants
1. All foreign nationals, including both parents, who have graduated (or will graduate) from high school in Korea or abroad.
2. Foreigners who have completed all the educations in abroad corresponding to Korean elementary, junior high, and senior high schools.(In case of only a applicant a foreigner).
*Applicants with dual citizenship, including Korean citizenship, are not eligible to apply. *If you or your parents have renounced (lost) Korean nationality, you must attach a document to prove. *If the applicant is a legal family member of one of the parents, only the nationality of the relevant father or mother will be reflected in the eligibility requirements. *Homeschooling is not available for our service.
Language Proficiency Qualifications
1. TOPIK(or IBT) Level 3 or higher
2. Korean Language Program Completion Certificate issued by Konkuk Language Institute of Level 3 or higher
3. Report card of Korean Language Test Level 3 or higher conducted and issued by Konkuk Language Institute
4. Completed at least 1 year of language training at an IEQAS certificated university’s Korean Language Institute in Korean and passed school examinations.
5. Completed Korean Intermediate Level 1 or higher at the King Sejong Institute.
5. Holders of other Korean Language Proficiency documents
