3. Regular university abroad (4-5 years university) Those who have completed at least one academic year (2 semesters, excluding summer/ winter sessions) and earned 32 or more credits at a foreign university equivalent to a four-year university in Korea.
4. Graduates (or expected graduates) of a foreign 2(3)-year junior college.
