Qualifications of Applicants
Freshman
1. International students whose parents are both non-Korean.
2. High school graduates (or expecting to graduate) and those who can prove that they have a level of education higher than high school.
Transfer
1. International students whose parents are both non-Korean.
Transfer (2nd year)
1. Those who graduated high school abroad or in Korea
2. Regular university in Korea (4-5 years university)
Completed at least 1 full academic year (2 semester, excluding seasonal sessions) with full-time enrollment at a Korean university, having earned at least 32 credit.
3. Regular university abroad (4-5 years university)
Those who have completed at least one academic year (2 semesters, excluding summer/ winter sessions) and earned 32 or more credits at a foreign university equivalent to a four-year university in Korea.
4. Graduates (or expected graduates) of a foreign 2(3)-year junior college.
5. Those recognized as having an equivalent level of education to domestic or foreign junior college graduates (associate degree) according to relevant laws and regulations.
Transfer (3rd year)
1. Those who graduated high school abroad or in Korea.
2. Regular university in Korea (4-5 years university)
Completed at least 2 full academic years (4 semester excluding seasonal sessions) with full-time enrollment at a 4-year Korean university (including technical colleges, open universities, etc) having earned at least 65 credits (including seasonal session credits)
Graduated or expected to graduate, 2nd or 3rd year at a Korean university (technical college)
3. Regular university abroad (4-5 years university)
Completed at least 2 full academic years with full-time enrollment at a university abroad that conforms to a 4-year Korean university and having earned at least half of the credits required for graduation.
Graduated or expected to graduate, 2nd or 3rd year at a university (technical college) abroad.
4. Recognized to have an academic background equivalent a college graduate based on other achievements (for regular university having earned 80 credits or more)



Language Proficiency Qualifications
Freshman (All Applicants)
1. TOPIK or TOPIK iBT Level 3 or higher, or completion of Level 4 or higher from a Korean language program at a university in Korea, or completion of the King Sejong Institute Intermediate 4A course or higher.
Freshman (SGCS(IBT, ISE) Applicants)
1. IELTS 5.5 or higher or TOEFL iBT 71 or higher
2. Students from countries where English is their first language or the country’s official language do not need to submit language proficiency documents.
Transfer (SGCS (IBT, ISE), CLOBA Applicants)
1. IELTS 5.5 or higher, or TOEFL iBT 71 or higher
2. Students from countries where English is either the native language or an official language are not required to submit language proficiency documents.
Transfer (All Applicants Except Above)
1. TOPIK or TOPIK iBT Level 3 or higher, or completion of Level 4 or higher from a Korean language program at a university in Korea, or completion of the King Sejong Institute Intermediate 4A course or higher.
2. However, for the Department of Child Psychology and the Department of Cultural Contents and Cultural Management, a Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK or TOPIK IBT) level 3 or higher, completion of level 4 or higher in a Korean language course at a domestic university language education center, or completion of the King Sejong Institute Intermediate-4A course or higher is required.
