The reason for choosing the university and department
I was drawn to Kyung Hee University when I went on a campus tour, and I decided to study there. I also chose this department because I dream of working in the entertainment industry in the future.
The reason why you decided to study in Korea
I’ve dreamed of studying abroad since I was in junior high school and originally planned to go to an English-speaking country. However, as I studied English, I became frustrated and started to resist the idea of studying in an English-speaking country. After that, I became fascinated with K-pop and K-dramas, and I began thinking about attending university and studying in Korea.
Struggle points while preparing for studying in Korea
I was anxious about the interview test because it was entirely based on the result of the interview, which is a bit different from other universities' systems. It was hard to prepare for various situations since I had no idea what kind of questions I would be asked. Preparing all the complicated documents I didn't know how to handle was also a tough process, so I had to do a lot of research while preparing.

When I visited the SQUARE Seoul office while I was in Seoul studying the Korean language, they sincerely explained exactly what I wanted to know. This is why I chose to use SQUARE.

There will be many situations that makes you anxious or you don’t know well about. In such cases, it’s better to ask for help from those around you or SQUARE. In my case, I started studying Korean late, so it was hard to study Korean and gather information at the same time, so I asked SQUARE, which has many proven track record of acceptance, about preparing for the exam, and I also asked my family for preparing required documents. Knowing which school or major I want to go and why I want to go there can be motivation for studying or preparing. I wish you will do your best and please don’t give up until the end!
